Andersen\u2019s \u201dThe Steadfast Tin Soldier\u201d written by the English composer Keith Amos for symphony orchestra and narrator, accompanied by pictures of the Danish illustrator Tina Fils\u00f8.<\/li>\n<li>2013-2016 Besides working as a conductor, Esther wrote several arrangements; all of them are published by Edition Wilhelm Hansen in Denmark.<br \/>\nArrangements of Jacob Gade\u2019s \u201cTango Jalousie\u201d (version for piano duet), Carl Nielsen\u2019s \u201cDance of the Cockerel \u201d(version for piano duet), Franz Leh\u00e1r\u2019s 3 pieces from \u201cThe Merry Widow\u201d arranged for violin and piano.<\/li>\n<li>January 2015, A visualizing project: Performing in Kaunas, Lithuania, the musical presentation of H.C. Andersen&#8217;s \u201dThe Steadfast Tin Soldier\u201d written by the English composer Keith Amos for symphony orchestra and narrator, accompanied by pictures of the Danish illustrator Tina Fils\u00f8.<\/li>\n<li>Wrote a ballet libretto to S. Rachmaninov&#8217;s cantata \u201cVespers\u201d (\u201cAll-Night Vigil\u201d) &#8211; a performance combining ballet and choir.<\/li>\n<li>Wrote an opera libretto based upon H.C. Andersen\u2019s fairy-tale, \u201cThe Snow Queen\u201d , together with Uffe Lange<\/li>\n<li>Working on the project \u201cClassical music with animation\u201d since 2010.<\/li>\n<li>Conducted several concerts with Danish classical music in Latvia, Ukraine, Russia and Lithuania.<\/li>\n<li>Conducted the first performance in Denmark of the Russian cantata \u201cJohn of Damascus\u201d by S.Taneyev.<\/li>\n<li>Assistant conductor for Aarhus Summer Opera\u2019s first production of a modern opera by John Frandsen.<\/li>\n<li>Established and conducted the first Danish Children&#8217;s Opera Theatre, where operas by English, German and Danish composers were performed in Denmark for the first time.<\/li>\n<li>Choirmaster at Malm\u00f6\u2019s Opera Theatre, Sweden.<\/li>\n<li>Conducted professional orchestras in Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Latvia, Ukraine, Russia, Lithuania and amateur orchestras in Denmark.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<ul>\n<li>Participated in several international conducting master classes in England, Sweden, Finland, Latvia, Ukraine, Russia and Lithuania.<\/li>\n<li>Undertook postgraduate studies in the orchestra conducting class at Sibelius Academy in Helsinki, Finland under the guidance of Professor Jorma Panula and at St. Petersburg State Conservatory, Russia, under the guidance of Professor Ilya Musin.<\/li>\n<li>Graduated from the Royal Danish Conservatory of Music in Copenhagen in 1982 as the first female student in the orchestra conducting class.<\/li>\n<li>Graduated from the Tchaikovsky Conservatory in Moscow in choir conducting and piano.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Conductor Esther Bobrova Lange, born in Russia, settled in Denmark in 1973.
